Richard is a founder member of the company, setting up Oakwood after gaining a wealth of experience in the mortgage market with John Charcol. He is a family man, a Nottingham Forest supporter and a talented pianist.

Stuart worked with Richard at John Charcol and originally joined Oakwood in 2006 when it was formed. He is an avid music fan and enjoys dancing west coast swing!

Dave is a Mortgage and Protection insurance specialist, and joined Oakwood in February 2017. Away from work he likes to spend time with his wife, family and friends. He is a keen sports fan, loves cycling both on and off-road and playing golf. His ideal holiday is spent in lycra skiing in the mountains.

Jake joined Oakwood in 2018, in training, to become a Mortgage and Protection adviser. Since then, he has added to his professional development by becoming a Diploma Qualified Financial Planner and is now able to assist clients on all aspects of financial advice: mortgages, pensions, investments and protection. Alongside his constant strive for development and delivering high levels of customer service, Jake is passionate about connecting with like-minded business owners in-and-around Sussex and Surrey. Away from work, Jake lives in Horsham and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters; watching football and movies; and reading and writing . . . when time allows!

Emma has an extensive business support background in Financial and Business Consultancy and supports the Directors at Oakwood. She brings a super positive outlook and completes all activities to a high standard ensuring excellent client care. Emma lives in Cranleigh with her husband, daughter and dog Mr Darcy.

Rebecca Joined Oakwood in early 2020 after moving on from her role as a Business Analyst. She took a short break between roles to relocate to the South of England, with her Fiancé and young son. She is now enjoying expanding her knowledge within the financial sector.

Andy, part of the wealth management team, joined Oakwood summer 2020 and is fully qualified to advise on your pension, investment and protection needs. He is also licensed to advise on more specialist investments. Away from work, Andy loves spending time with family, cycling and watching Liverpool FC.

Kate is a Mortgage and Protection Specialist and joined Oakwood in April 2023. She has over 20 years of experience within the mortgage and related industries and has an exceptional understanding of the various property purchasing and financing options. She enjoys guiding her clients through the mortgage maze, turning their home ownership dreams into a reality. Away from work, Kate is a keen gym-goer who also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Chris is a Mortgage and Protection specialist and joined Oakwood in May 2024. In his spare time he relaxes with his wife and friends, socialising in his local community, where he also sits as a parish councillor. He has a keen interest in motor racing, with a goal to attend as many different Formula 1 circuits as time and money will allow. He also loves his golf and attending football matches as much as possible. His ideal getaway would probably combine F1 and somewhere new in the world to explore.
